Its strong consistency provides excellent grip and control, making it particularly suitable for warm rooms, warmer seasons and areas where the skin is naturally warmer or more humid.

How to Use
Ensure the skin is clean and completely dry before treatment. Warm the paste gently until it reaches a comfortable, workable consistency.
Apply the paste against the direction of hair growth. Stretch the skin firmly and remove the paste with a quick, controlled movement in the direction of hair growth.
After treatment, remove any remaining residue and apply a suitable soothing or moisturising product.

Ordered in Error or Unsuitable Goods
If you have ordered goods in error or find them unsuitable, the following terms apply:
- Return Postage: The Buyer is responsible for paying the return postage.
- Documentation: The relevant reference number must be quoted on all accompanying documentation.
- Return Conditions: Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Refunds for Unsuitable Items
- Refund Entitlement: The Buyer will be entitled to a refund for the item purchased only, excluding the original postage paid.
- Processing Time: The refund process may take between 7–10 days to complete.
Carriage for Alternative Items
- Carriage Costs: The Buyer is responsible for paying the carriage costs for any alternative items.
- Responsibility: The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that the Buyer obtains a receipt of posting and ensures adequate insurance coverage for the returned items.
Faulty Items and Manufacturer’s Warranty
- Reporting Faults: Any faulty items still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection.
- Inspection and Replacement: Once the goods are received back, we will determine whether the item(s) can be repaired. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be issued. If we are unable to repair or replace the item(s), a full or partial refund may be issued.
- Processing Time: This process may take between 10–14 days.
- Hygiene Exceptions: Note that there are exceptions to this policy for hygiene reasons. Please see exclusions.
Warranty Terms
- Warranty Duration: Our warranties run from the initial date of purchase. If a product is replaced under warranty, this does not reset the warranty period.
- Original Agreement: The warranty is part of the original sales agreement. Issuing a replacement does not create a new warranty period. The original warranty will expire on the original purchase date, not when the replacement item is issued.
