Directions for Use:
- Heat the cartridge in a compatible wax heater for approximately 15 minutes.
- Apply wax in the direction of hair growth using the roll-on applicator.

How does Pink Titanium soft wax differ from hard wax beads?
Soft wax (like Pink Titanium) is applied in a thin layer and removed using waxing strips. Hard wax is applied thicker, sets firm, and is removed without strips. Soft wax is excellent for larger body areas; hard wax is preferred for intimate, facial, and sensitive areas.

Ordered in Error or Unsuitable Goods
If you have ordered goods in error or find them unsuitable, the following terms apply:
- Return Postage: The Buyer is responsible for paying the return postage.
- Documentation: The relevant reference number must be quoted on all accompanying documentation.
- Return Conditions: Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Refunds for Unsuitable Items
- Refund Entitlement: The Buyer will be entitled to a refund for the item purchased only, excluding the original postage paid.
- Processing Time: The refund process may take between 7–10 days to complete.
Carriage for Alternative Items
- Carriage Costs: The Buyer is responsible for paying the carriage costs for any alternative items.
- Responsibility: The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that the Buyer obtains a receipt of posting and ensures adequate insurance coverage for the returned items.
Faulty Items and Manufacturer’s Warranty
- Reporting Faults: Any faulty items still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection.
- Inspection and Replacement: Once the goods are received back, we will determine whether the item(s) can be repaired. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be issued. If we are unable to repair or replace the item(s), a full or partial refund may be issued.
- Processing Time: This process may take between 10–14 days.

Warranty Terms
- Warranty Duration: Our warranties run from the initial date of purchase. If a product is replaced under warranty, this does not reset the warranty period.
- Original Agreement: The warranty is part of the original sales agreement. Issuing a replacement does not create a new warranty period. The original warranty will expire on the original purchase date, not when the replacement item is issued.
