Wax heater with Epilmio bowl
Get professional results at home with the Epilmio wax heater. This electric wax warmer is equipped with a large capacity aluminum bowl which can hold enough wax for full body hair removal. It works with a power of 120 watts and a voltage of 220-240V~50/60 Hz.
The Epilmio wax heater is easy to use and suitable for all types of depilatory waxes. It features an adjustable thermostat that allows you to control the temperature of the wax for precise and efficient application. Usage :
- Plug the wax heater into an electrical outlet.
- Add the depilatory wax to the aluminum bowl.
- Set the thermostat to the desired temperature.
- Wait for the wax to melt completely.
- Apply the wax to the area to be depilated using a spatula or roller.
- Wait for the wax to harden and pull it off against the direction of hair growth.
Interview :
- Clean the aluminum bowl after each use with warm water and mild soap.
- Avoid using abrasive products or solvents to clean the wax heater.
- Use a soft cloth to dry the aluminum bowl and the body of the wax heater.
Precautions for use: Do not touch the aluminum bowl or the body of the wax heater when it is in operation. Unplug the wax heater after each use and allow it to cool before cleaning. Avoid contact with water or other liquids when the wax heater is in operation. Do not leave the wax heater within the reach of children.

Ordered in Error or Unsuitable Goods
If you have ordered goods in error or find them unsuitable, the following terms apply:
- Return Postage: The Buyer is responsible for paying the return postage.
- Documentation: The relevant reference number must be quoted on all accompanying documentation.
- Return Conditions: Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Refunds for Unsuitable Items
- Refund Entitlement: The Buyer will be entitled to a refund for the item purchased only, excluding the original postage paid.
- Processing Time: The refund process may take between 7–10 days to complete.
Carriage for Alternative Items
- Carriage Costs: The Buyer is responsible for paying the carriage costs for any alternative items.
- Responsibility: The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that the Buyer obtains a receipt of posting and ensures adequate insurance coverage for the returned items.
Faulty Items and Manufacturer’s Warranty
- Reporting Faults: Any faulty items still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection.
- Inspection and Replacement: Once the goods are received back, we will determine whether the item(s) can be repaired. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be issued. If we are unable to repair or replace the item(s), a full or partial refund may be issued.
- Processing Time: This process may take between 10–14 days.
- Hygiene Exceptions: Note that there are exceptions to this policy for hygiene reasons. Please see exclusions.
Warranty Terms
- Warranty Duration: Our warranties run from the initial date of purchase. If a product is replaced under warranty, this does not reset the warranty period.
- Original Agreement: The warranty is part of the original sales agreement. Issuing a replacement does not create a new warranty period. The original warranty will expire on the original purchase date, not when the replacement item is issued.
