Ordered in Error or Unsuitable Goods
If you have ordered goods in error or find them unsuitable, the following terms apply:

Return Postage: The Buyer is responsible for paying the return postage.

Documentation: The relevant reference number must be quoted on all accompanying documentation.

Return Conditions: Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Refunds for Unsuitable Items

Refund Entitlement: The Buyer will be entitled to a refund for the item purchased only, excluding the original postage paid.

Processing Time: The refund process may take between 7-10 days to complete.
Carriage for Alternative Items

Carriage Costs: The Buyer is responsible for paying the carriage costs for any alternative items.

Responsibility: The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that the Buyer obtains a receipt of posting and ensures adequate insurance coverage for the returned items.
Faulty Items and Manufacturer’s Warranty

Reporting Faults: Any faulty items still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection.

Inspection and Replacement: Once the goods are received back, we will determine whether the item(s) can be repaired. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be issued. If we are unable to repair or replace the item(s), a full or partial refund may be issued.

Processing Time: This process may take between 10-14 days.

Hygiene Exceptions: Note that there are exceptions to this policy for hygiene reasons. Please see exclusions.
Warranty Terms

Warranty Duration: Our warranties run from the initial date of purchase. If a product is replaced under warranty, this does not reset the warranty period.

Original Agreement: The warranty is part of the original sales agreement. Issuing a replacement does not create a new warranty period. The original warranty will expire on the original purchase date, not when the replacement item is issued.
